We are seeking a Teacher's Aide for the 2026-2027 school year for our early childhood grade levels in Preschool (3-4 year olds) and Pre-Kindergarten (4-5 year olds) classrooms. The Teacher's Aide's principal duties and responsibilities include assisting the classroom teacher with all classroom responsibilities and duties, including student records, remediation, supervision, and classroom environment as directed by the teacher. The hourly pay rate can be negotiated based upon prior experience and bi-lingual candidates who can speak fluent Spanish and English.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Early Childhood Applicants should understand the social and emotional needs of 3, 4, and 5 year olds. Applicants must be patient, kind, and eager to help our Preschool or PreK students grow in their love for learning and for Jesus. A qualified candidate will enjoy working on a team and have a collaborative attitude with their supporting teacher.
Education and Experience
Qualified individuals will have experience working with young children in an educational setting, or a preschool/child care setting and will complete Safe Environment Training and a background check.
