Job summary

KinderCare is hiring a Teacher in Ohio to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to provide excellent care and education for children. You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals and build strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, other teachers, licensors, community contacts and partners.
