Job summary

KinderCare is hiring teachers to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and collaborate with families and staff to support enrollment and engagement. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
