Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe learning environment for young children. You will partner with families to support development and education while contributing to center goals and community engagement.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and the ability to multitask.
• Active CDA Credential or progress toward NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval is preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
