Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the daily care of every child in your classroom following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Developing observations, assessments and plans for children and communicating with families.
• Completing training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implementing the proprietary curriculum and creating fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
