Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement curriculum, create safe, nurturing classrooms, and collaborate with families to support each child.

You'll partner with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, while building positive relationships with families and local communities. This role offers a supportive team and ongoing opportunities to impact young learners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and be active indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
