Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families, support center goals around enrollment and engagement, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality care across our centers.

The role requires outstanding customer service, ability to multitask, CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
