KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood education in Greensboro, NC. You will implement the curriculum and create a safe, nurturing space where children learn through play, while engaging with families to ensure quality education.

Collaborating with center staff and leadership, you will help drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families and local authorities to deliver exceptional experiences for young learners.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and working indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
