KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a passionate Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers in Charlotte, NC. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe, engaging classroom, and partner with families to ensure the best care and learning outcomes for children.

You will work with a dedicated team and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, contributing to a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for young learners.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by working with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
