KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher in Manchester, CT, to support early learners in a nurturing classroom. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, foster a safe, engaging environment, and partner with families to promote each child’s growth and joy in learning.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment goals, uphold licensing standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture across our nationwide network of centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
