Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a Teacher to help deliver high-quality early childhood education across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum with attention to each child’s needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while promoting learning and development.

You will partner with families and center teams to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building lasting relationships with stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support your center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
