Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher who will implement our curriculum while tailoring activities to each child's needs. You will create a secure, nurturing space where kids can explore, learn, and grow.

You will partner with families to support their children's education and well-being, and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Join a team that values positive relationships with families and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
