Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher in Cincinnati, OH. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education for every child.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building strong relationships with families, teachers, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
