Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to deliver a safe, nurturing early learning environment and implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You’ll partner with families to support their children’s growth and learning, while collaborating with staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.
