Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher. You will implement our curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.

You’ll partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children. You will support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, and you’ll cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
