Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring Teachers to implement our curriculum while meeting the individual needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing space where kids can play and learn, and you will partner with parents to support their child’s education.

In this role you’ll collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners across our widespread network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support your center’s success by coordinating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
