KinderCare is looking for talented teachers to support early childhood education across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum while adapting to the unique needs of each child, creating a safe, nurturing space where kids can explore and learn.

You will partner with parents and the center team to drive enrollment, maintain high standards, and engage families, communities, and licensing partners. Your work matters to children and families every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support each child's development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, colleagues, and licensing authorities.
