Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum for each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to drive enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
