You will collaborate with families, center staff, and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals, while promoting safe play, inclusive learning, and growth opportunities across our nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and their parents.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with staff collaboration on enrollment and accreditation.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
