Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support young learners in a caring classroom setting. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, engaging environment that encourages exploration and growth for children.

You will partner with families and staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, while upholding high standards of safety and developmental support across our centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Able to meet state qualifications or willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing, speaking for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support your center’s success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
