KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn, while partnering with parents to ensure the best care and education.

You’ll collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building positive relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
