KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our centers. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and connect with parents to support children’s education and development.

You’ll contribute to enrollment and engagement goals with center staff and leadership. You will build positive relationships with families, peers, licensing authorities, and community partners while delivering an exceptional early childhood education experience across

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the child’s education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
