KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support children's education and development in our centers nationwide. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families to ensure each child reaches their potential.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Must read, write, and speak English with families and children.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensors, and partners.
