Job summary

KinderCare is hiring teachers to support children's education and development in a welcoming classroom environment. You will implement our curriculum, ensure safety and engagement, and collaborate closely with parents to foster trust and learning.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to multitask, and willing to meet state qualifications including CPR/First Aid. This on-site role offers benefits and a path to growth within a nationwide early education network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children at appropriate levels for safety and activity.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a manner consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success by engaging with staff and leadership toward enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
