KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher to support early childhood learning across our centers. You’ll assist with implementing curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, in partnership with families.

You’ll work with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures to engage with children and keep them safe.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, and State Pre-K requirements, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
