Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to implement the company’s curriculum in alignment with the needs of each child. You’ll create a safe, nurturing space where children can explore and learn, while partnering with parents to ensure the best possible care and education.

You’ll contribute to center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. We value strong teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for helping children reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
