Gingerbread Preschool and Child Care Center is seeking team members to support multiple classrooms in Watertown, WI. You’ll create a nurturing learning space, encourage exploration, and communicate with families while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with flexible hours.
• Able to pass background checks.
• CPR/AED training within the first 6 months.
• Physically able to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore.
• Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged.
• Regular and open communication with parents/guardians.
