New Horizon Academy in Erie, CO is seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team. The role is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm) with the opportunity to float among Infant–Pre-K classrooms.

You must meet CO ECT Lead qualifications and provide credentials. We offer a competitive wage of $21.50–$23.75 per hour (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must meet state qualifications as an ECT Lead in Colorado.
• Previous childcare experience is required.
• Background check per state regulations is required.
• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be provided.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and staff, and understand licensing and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Float among Infant-Pre-K classrooms and support teaching staff.
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support children’s social and emotional development through guidance and routines.
