Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum while personalizing learning for each child in a safe, nurturing setting. You will partner with parents to support development and family engagement, and work with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

You will build strong, positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, ensuring a high-quality experience for children and families in our care.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Willingness to meet state requirements for the role or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support child development and family engagement.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
