KinderCare is seeking teachers to support early childhood learning in Indianapolis. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and engaging classroom, and partner with families to support each child's growth and development.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by engaging with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
