KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver our curriculum in a safe, nurturing classroom, engaging families and supporting center goals. You will collaborate with staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement while ensuring high-quality early childhood education.

In this role, you will work on-site in a dynamic environment, building strong relationships with children, families, and the community while upholding our commitment to exceptional care and education.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.
• Read, write, and understand English proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
