Job summary

ACCESS Group, Inc. is hiring a Teacher Assistant for an inclusive preschool in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will support a lead teacher and collaborate with speech, OT, and PT therapists to help children learn, play, and grow.

This full-time position offers $15 per hour, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with benefits including insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). All candidates undergo standard screenings prior to start.

Qualifications

• Patience and warmth with kids preferred or required.
• Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the day.
• Some experience with children in any setting counts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead teacher and a team of speech, OT, and PT therapists to support children's learning, play, and growth.
• Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters development.
• Provide supervision and routine support to help children meet daily learning objectives.
