Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meets state licensing/experience requirements for early childhood education.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in meaningful interactions to support development.
• Support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routines.
• Communicate respectfully with teachers and leadership.
• Model a supportive, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Supervise children and ensure safety standards are met.
• Follow all policies and licensing regulations.
• Assist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and classroom tasks.
