Primrose School of North Wilmington is seeking an Entry-level Early Childhood Support Teacher to join our Wilmington, NC team. No nights or weekends are required, and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

You’ll nurture and guide young learners using our digital platform and the Balanced Learning curriculum. With on-site leadership support, you’ll help children develop foundational skills while engaging with families to foster a warm, collaborative community.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
