Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a licensed psycho-educational service provider to support students with learning, social-emotional, and behavior needs. The role involves proactive prevention, consultation, and direct services within a school setting.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, implementing evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring to promote positive outcomes for diverse learners. A Master’s degree and Colorado licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Colorado Department of Education license within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with psycho-educational services and school-based interventions preferred.
• Strong collaboration with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual, group, or system-level interventions to address academic and behavioral needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design progress-monitoring plans.
• Administer and interpret norm-referenced and curriculum-based assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and district teams to optimize student outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary staffing to determine eligibility and planning.
