Job summary

The Goddard School at 2074 E High Street, Sanatoga, PA 19464 is seeking a proactive School Director to oversee daily operations, guide educators, and uphold our Wonder of Learning curriculum. You will lead staff development, ensure compliance with brand and licensing standards, and foster strong relationships with families and the local community.

We seek a passionate leader with a background in early childhood education, excellent communication, and a commitment to high-quality learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3+ years teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive team.
• Deliver Wonder of Learning® curriculum to spark curiosity and growth.
• Build strong relationships with families and promote the school in the community.
• Manage the budget, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitors.
