Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood education leadership.
• Pass a Criminal History background check.
• Up to date with safety training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in infant/toddler/preschool classrooms.
• Daily on-site presence at the Building Futures Center.
• Ensure compliance with DCFS licensing standards.
• Lead the team of teachers in delivering high-quality education.
• Train, supervise, and coach the teaching staff.
• Contribute to budget management.
