Families First of Minnesota is hiring a Program Assistant to support a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment in Rochester, MN. This exempt, 40-hour workweek runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., with occasional evening events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a CDA certification; enrollment in a program toward completion within two years acceptable.
• Experience or training in Early Childhood preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and facilitate daily and weekly activities.
• Provide guidance to children in social interactions and support a positive classroom environment.
• Maintain professional interactions with center staff, parents, children, and external partners as applicable.
