Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers and scores OT assessments and completes evaluations annually.
• Develops and updates treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Documents weekly progress notes and schedules.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Provides therapy in classroom and other settings as needed.
• Completes discharge summaries when clients are discharged.
• Mentors or supervises graduate students as applicable.
