Job summary

Musicologie Lindon is launching a new Lindon location in 2026 and seeking an energetic Early Childhood Music Class Instructor to lead our play-based program for families with young children. You will host welcoming, interactive sessions, guiding kids and caregivers through music activities.

We offer flexible, part-time hours with evenings and weekends, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow into leadership or private instruction roles, all while nurturing a lifelong love of music in our

• Strong musician with vocal ability.
• Experience with early childhood or group teaching.
• Strong communicator with kids and parents.
• Reliable, warm, organized and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Lead 40 minute interactive music classes for children ages 0-5 and their grown‑ups.
• Sing, move, dance, and play simple instruments — guitar/ukulele or piano accompaniment preferred, but not required.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and playful environment for every family.
• Support our vision of music for every child by building community through classes and events.

Who We're Looking For

You’re an ideal candidate if you are:

• A strong musician with vocal ability (guitar, uke, or piano accompaniment ability preferred).
• Experienced with early childhood or group teaching (or excited to learn!).
• A natural communicator who shines with both kids and parents.
• Reliable, warm, organized, and enthusiastic.

Bonus if you have:

• A degree in music or early childhood education
• Experience performing, leading groups, or working in creative environments

• Evening/weekend availability preferred
