Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an Early Childhood Learning Teacher Assistant for Taconic Hills Elementary School in Craryville, NY. The role supports children ages 10 months through 3 years, helping with activities, routines, and positive interactions to foster growth.
The position offers a flexible Morning (7:30–1:30) or Afternoon (1:30–6:30) schedule, up to 29 hours weekly, and the option for employer-paid childcare for eligible children. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

PAY: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
HOURS: Monday - Friday | Up to 29 hours per week
Morning Program: 7:30AM - 1:30PM

Healthy Kids Programs is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Learning Teacher Assistant to join our team at Taconic Hills Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. As a Teacher Assistant, you'll work alongside our early childhood team to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 10 months through 3 years old. You'll support classroom activities, daily routines, learning experiences, and positive interactions that help young children learn, grow, and thrive.
We offer both morning and afternoon shifts and can provide flexibility based on your availability and program needs. Prefer a consistent schedule? You can work the same shift on the days you're scheduled. Need more flexibility? We can also work with you to schedule morning shifts on some days and afternoon shifts on others.
Morning Program: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM
Afternoon Program: 1:30 PM–6:30 PM
The position is scheduled for up to 29 hours per week.
