Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred).
• 2-5+ years of classroom teaching experience in early childhood.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of child development and play-based learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, joyful EC environment.
