Creative Academy in Illinois is hiring reliable Early Childhood Educators to join our family. Our play-based program nurtures curiosity, creativity, and confidence, with a focus on joyful learning and safe, engaging classrooms.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, about 30 hours weekly, with competitive pay, paid training, and strong support from a warm, family-like team that values communication and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and play-based learning.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred (CDA, ECE coursework, or degree a plus).
• Reliability, creativity, and a genuine heart for working with children.

• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, joyful classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow.
• Engage children in hands-on, play-based activities, songs, stories, and sensory experiences.
• Support children social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Partner with families to build strong, positive relationships and support each child’s journey.
• Collaborate with a small but mighty team that values communication, fun, and professional growth.
• Maintain DCFS licensing and safety standards while creating meaningful learning experiences.
