Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to develop and lead engaging parent-child classes. Candidates will guide parents on developmentally appropriate activities and conduct developmental screenings to ensure children’s growth and learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children ages 0-5, relevant educational qualifications, and strong communication skills to foster a supportive environment for families. This role offers full-time hours and competes in the pay range of $26-$27 hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Experience with children ages 0-5 and families.
• Ability to communicate developmental information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead parent-child interactive classes.
• Guide parents in learning developmentally appropriate activities.
