Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain safety and engage children with active supervision.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing KinderCare curriculum and state Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
