Job summary

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher to manage the classroom and implement a developmentally appropriate program for each child. You will promote clear communication between the Head Start program, parents, and the community in a welcoming, safe environment. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive benefits, health and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• CDA credential preferred (Infant-Toddler)
• Experience in early childhood setting preferred
• Must meet Illinois DCFS requirements

• Promote communication between Head Start, parents, and the community
