Loving Hearts Learning Center (LHLC) is hiring full-time EEC certified infant/preschool teachers to bring energy, creativity, and heart into the classroom.

We offer a structured, play-based curriculum with hands-on learning and a commitment to EEC compliance, family partnerships, and a supportive team culture that helps you grow, learn, and enjoy your work. You’ll collaborate with co-teachers, plan activities, document milestones, and maintain a safe, FUN learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool accepted)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
• PQ Registry Number
• Completion of required EEC documentation (12 Essentials Training, physical, immunizations including MMR documentation or titer)
• Most importantly: a genuine love for working with children

Responsibilities

• Partner with co-teachers to create a safe, positive, and FUN learning environment
• Plan and prepare curriculum activities in advance with your teaching team
• Document children’s milestones and daily experiences using Brightwheel
• Foster kindness, cooperation, and developmentally appropriate expectations
• Build strong relationships with families, coworkers, and our LHLC community
• Maintain EEC compliance and classroom organization standards
