Required Qualifications

• Waldorf Early Childhood Certification (or current enrollment in a recognized program)
• Experience teaching Waldorf early childhood pedagogy in any educational setting
• Proven ability to create a nurturing classroom environment and build strong partnerships with young children and their families
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Active engagement or strong interest in Anthroposophy or foundational studies
• Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting requirements

Preferred Qualifications
