Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher in San Francisco's Mission Bay to guide a teaching team, design engaging activities, and monitor progress toward each child’s goals. You will collaborate with families to share daily milestones and ensure a safe, compliant classroom environment.

The role requires state background checks, 12 ECE units, 12–18 months of teaching experience, and a relevant early childhood education credential or higher degree preferred.

  • Must pass required state and company background checks.
  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • 12 ECE units completed; Infant/Toddler coursework if applying for Infant/Toddler role.
  • 12–18 months of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
