Job summary

Bright Horizons in San Francisco, CA seeks an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with resources, support, and professional development to help them succeed in the classroom daily.

You will lead a team to implement developmentally appropriate curricula, mentor new teachers, partner with families, and use quality tools to assess program implementation while upholding anti-bias education principles.

Qualifications

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• 12 ECE units completed; Infant/Toddler course if applying to Infant/Toddler role.
• Associate or higher degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• At least three years of teaching experience in quality child care/preschool.
